[Bacula-devel] Dependency on stdint.h in tokyocabinet

The tokyocabinet library fails to compile on FreeBSD 4.9 because it includes
stdint.h unconditionally.  Bacula itself uses HAVE_STDINT_H (set by configure)
to avoid including it on platforms that don't provide it, so maybe this needs
to be added to tokyocabinet too?

Here is the output (everything else compiler already):
