i played with it a little, the "straigforwared way" problem is, that if
you not activate "--trace-children" you only trace the bash process and if
you activate "--trace-children" then you trace also grep and all the other

to overcome this problem i patched scripts/function to prepend every
bacula-* start with valgrind if there is the VALGRIND=1 env set. this
leads to copying the tests and set the env...

also i think -O2 is not the best to go with valgrind. needs something like
-O1 or better -O0 compile optimization.
