- Use the hostap driver instead of linux-wlan-ng
- Put the right stuff in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0
- Put alias wlan0 hostap_cs in /etc/modules.conf
- Change pcmcia to start first then bring up network interfaces by moving /etc/rc.d/rc5.d/S24pcmcia (or whatever is appropriate for your runlevel) to S09pcmcia so it starts before networking.
