Data General is shipping the NUMALiiNE: http://www.dg.com/numa/
Convex (now HP) has been shipping the Exemplar since 1995 or earlier.
Sequent (now owned by IBM) has been shipping the NUMA-Q since 1996.

But I think this thread is off-topic on this list, unless someone comes
up with a way to build CC-NUMA machines out of commodity parts.
