For the future, please read www.bacula.org -> Support on how to get support.  
Sending an email to the address you used is not appropriate.

The problem is quite easily fixed by replacing line 47 of file
<bacula-source>/src/lib/bsys.c with something like:


 initgroups(const char*, gid_t);
