Incoming IAXtel calls (problems) 

If you add iax user or friend entries to your iax.conf and use latest 
cvs, you will notice that incoming IAXtel calls
no longer work.
Add a deny= line as shown below to prevent your asterisk to force IAXtel 
to authenticate against your user/friend entries.
