[agenda-user] To slow PMON prompt

Hello!
I have tried to update my Agenda from factory defaults to CES2 for a while
now. But non of manual(minicom) or vrflash is working for me. I start
vrflash with the command:

vrflash -R -l vmlinux-ces2.bin kernel romdisk.bin romdisk

The output is as follow:

Opening serial port...done
Waiting for input from port (CTRL-C to exit)...done
Looking for PMON prompt...done
Sending etxack start command...done
Starting etxack send (xmodem-load)...Error reading ACK: 0
#

The capture.log file looks like this:

PMON>
PMON>
load
PMON>

But sometimes it says "PMON Version" to...
When I tried to do it with minicom I observed that it took long time for
PMON to send its Welcome message and that writing "load" also took long
time. Could I have a error in my PMON or is it mayby something wrong with my
serial port? Can anyone help me?
